Lifelong Mainer, leader, and mom who knows how to get things done. Candidate for Governor.
I had a great time gathering with other Maine Democrats at the Blue Wave Gala in Portland. I was excited to meet Governor Pritzker, Officer Harry Dunn, and DNC Vice Chair Malcolm Kenyatta and thank them for their incredible leadership.

Wow! It was wonderful to have so many people show up to celebrate the launch of our Housing Affordability Plan, including so many folks who gave us great ideas on our housing tour as we traveled the state listening to you. Thank you Three of Strong Spirits for letting us take over the tasting room!

On Indigenous Peoples’ Day, we honor the Wabanaki people, the original stewards of this land for more than 12,000 years, and reflect on the importance of sovereignty, justice, and partnership. Supporting the sovereignty of Tribal Nations means listening, learning, and taking action together.

Thank you to Congressman Jamie Raskin for joining us in Maine for an inspiring conversation about voting rights. It was an honor to host the Congressman and I'm thrilled to have his support in this race. Thank you as well to Joann Bautista for being an excellent moderator.

Remember: Vote No on 1!

The 54,000 Mainers who rely on the PTC cannot afford the type of increases that are coming in 2026. Republicans in Washington are opposed to extending these subsidies. It’s time to hold them accountable and fight to protect affordable healthcare for Maine families.

This shutdown threatens health care for thousands of Mainers, food assistance, and puts families’ livelihoods at risk.

As Governor, I’ll fight to protect Mainers and make sure families come first.

I was in Newcastle for the ribbon cutting at 16 Mills Road, where 16 new affordable apartments are becoming a reality in the heart of this wonderful village. This is what happens when thoughtful local planning meets committed community members and strong state support.

Had such great time marching alongside Governor Mills and the Aroostook County Democrats in the Maine Potato Blossom Festival parade in Fort Fairfield on Saturday. This campaign is about getting out to all corners of the state, and I am so grateful for the warm welcome we received in the county!

Today we celebrate the birth of our nation - an enduring promise of freedom, justice, and opportunity for all. I am spending time with my extended family, including my kids and nieces and nephews. During these uncertain times, I worry about the future world all of our kids will inherit.
