Had my post-hospitalization follow up appt today. They found that the tubal abscess has cleared, but my left ovary is still enlarged, and I have two ~4.6cm ovarian cysts.
Having another ultrasound in 6 weeks to keep an eye on the cysts and decide if surgery is inevitable.

After 2.5 days, I’m home from the hospital.
I’m finally home.

It is genuinely so devastating that I wasted almost a decade of my life with an abusive manchild who didn’t want kids, and then for my endometriosis to destroy both of my fallopian tubes right after I fell in love with the sweetest kindest man who I’d be thrilled to have babies with.
