It's hilarious to me how ADHD thwarts all attempts to put successful routines in place to work around the problems stemming from ADHD in the first place.
Example:
Making a to-do list so I don't forget...then subsequently losing the list or forgetting where I put it.

Any of my ADHD peeps have task initiation tips/strategies? I am really struggling with getting stuff done at work unless someone (besides myself) gives me a deadline.

Is there anyone else who, upon rewatching a movie/show where one of the characters screws up, secretly hopes that maybe the second time you watch it, they will make the correct choice(s) and avoid the screw up?
I always root for this even though I know I can't change the storyline 😅

3. Holiday Horror Movies
