We don't get to "agree to disagree" on racism, homophobia, transmisogyny, or genocide, and we must not be pulled into "debate" on these things. We should speak out against them. We should mobilize against them. But we absolutely cannot normalize these things by "debating" them. We must reject them.

It would be a massive mistake for progressive folk to convince themselves the March for Australia was a bust, or can safely be ridiculed.

It was an alarming escalation of far-right action, and we need to reckon with it.
