Went looking at BMI - I am forever amazed at what a load of shite it is. The "overweight" category is almost the combined size of the entire rest of the gauge. I am at the healthiest weight I've ever been, yet it says I'm just below "overweight". My weight when I could see my ribs 24/7 is "normal".
