#MealPrepWednesday! A dense bean salad 😁 also made Marry Me Tofu (like marry me chicken… but tofu!) and that was actually so delicious. So that’s lunch & dinner sorted for tomorrow too 🤩🥳

Today is the one day a year my ADHD is on my side in that I cleaned my entire flat as soon as I got home and did not stop until now (like 9 hours later). Thank you and see you next year
