To my knowledge, mixtapes are usually not sold for money, meaning they tend to play a lot more fast and loose with sampling since they usually don't feel the need to license those songs, which is why Exmilitary physicals are rare.

Movie is November (2017). Folk horror/comedy from our linguistic brothers down in Estonia. Very bizarre watch, but also quite captivating since I wasn't familiar with their folklore beforehand. Good for the Halloween time.
