The pleading in his eyes, 1 year old puppy Rodney #247901 is on Apple Valley CA's deadly "pending euthanasia list" and he knows it. A medium sized 49 pounds puppy who arrived without a microchip or a family, likely never to have been loved and he's now in need of urgent help.
