excerpt reads: "I hear stories about directors who scream at actors, or they trick them somehow to get a performance. And there are some people who try to run the whole business on fear. But I think this is such a joke -- it's pathetic and stupid at the same time. When people are in fear, they don't want to go to work. So many people today have that feeling. Then the fear starts turning into hate, and they begin to hate going to work. Then the hate can turn into anger and people can become angry at their boss and their work. If I ran my set with fear, I would get 1 percent, not 100 percent, of what I get. And there would be no fun in going down the road together. And it *should* be fun. In work and in life, we're all supposed to get along. We're supposed to have so much fun, like puppy dogs with our tails wagging. It's supposed to be great living; it's supposed to be fantastic."

David Lynch is my favorite filmmaker of all time, a deeply inspirational artist who has forever improved my approach to art, and he also inspired perhaps the most fitting and funny post ever made. Absolute legend who will forever be missed.

Tennessee SG just said trans people "want a constitutional right to engage in non-conforming behavior" and that's really important because that argument wants to overturn the sex stereotyping precedents that ban laws from, say, requiring women to wear skirts.

Been watching through the Fargo TV Series and absolutely loving it.

First season was good but felt like it was finding its footing. seasons 2 and 3 have been absolutely fantastic. Loving the weird surrealism of season 3 and the extreme stylistic choices therein.

It seriously bothers me that, much like email spam bloat, there is now notification bloat.

Apps with necessary, time sensitive notifications like Uber, Doordash, etc. take advantage of your need to leave notifs on to spam you with endless ads. Encroaching uselessness!

Indie games are the liveblood of gaming as art. As much as I love AAA releases like Elden Ring and Baldy Gay the indie scene is where the medium is pushed forward.

So many more look amazing that Im yet to play!

Its hard to believe, truly a blessed year. Indie devs putting heart and soul out there for us!!
