This is a rabbit hole I would very much like to go down.
But I really liked Guardians 1-3 and The Suicide Squad.
Don't do horror, so some of his other stuff and Brightburn aren't my speed. Was lukewarm on Peacemaker.
But I don't need the dude to bat 1000. I need him to produce more coherent films than DC Studios & Snyder did.
I trust him to do that

I can not imagine the circumstances where I would willingly watch that movie again.
Meanwhile, I've seen ANH, ESB, ROTJ and TLJ multiple times each. I've seen the Holiday Special at least three times!
But this film? One and done.

Yeah. I recall our group cheered for Wedge Antilles and even that was eerie, bc it had been sooooooooo quiet for sooooooo long. I knew we'd jumped the tracks when they didn't cheer for the Harrison Ford cameo.
Collectively, we were just DONE at that point.

I saw it on opening weekend with the local 501 chapter. 200 hardcore SW fans. The film ended and people stood and put on their coats to leave. There were at least 100 lightsabers in that room and no one had the heart to ignite theirs. It was so depressing.
