Finished my first book of the year. @mashagessen.bsky.social is one of my favorite essayists and thinkers. This book is complex and tender. Gessen is remarkably prescient.

I haven't been to meeting in ages but went this past Sunday and am glad I did. I'm not a very religious person but so many of my values are based in Quakerism. I'm glad to have a home here.
