funnily enough in my copywriting classes, i teach about why negation sucks
i teach:
pain: problem
negate: say “not / no longer [ problem ]” — weak and unpersuasive, links “problem” to your brand
obliterate: destroy the problem verbally. paint a clear picture of the world without the pain
