The G.U.N. rookie was just waking up still, looking as though his eyes were still adjusting to the morning light. It was time for another boring day of desk work and patrol. So, don't mind him as a he walks by.
He was already not liking this bird's attitude. And he was especially not liking him just hanging around outside of a casino like this. However, he technically couldn't do anything unless HQ told him so, and the hawk just standing in front of a casino had no probable cause associated with it.

Seeing as Jet was loitering about just outside the entrance to one very ritzy casino, the question would seem simply hypothetical to the hawk.
"And what if I am?," he scoffed, lazily folding his arms over his chest as his eyes narrowed on the rookie. "You plan on doing anything about it?"
