we can +1 this experience. Over the last 2 weeks, maybe more, our node image build pipeline fails 2 or 3 out of 10 fail and just require a restart.

identically to @vsoch.bsky.social's experience, it's a rapid, successive failure to grab manifests from a couple dozen mirrors.
