As someone that had cancer… you could have done a ton worse. I’ve had people unsolicited tell me to go raw vegan with no processed sugar rather than get chemo. The day I went to the ER, before I got diagnosed, the triage nurse called me a “lucky duck” for getting admitted so fast.
