I’ve given up on finding common ground; I’m only interested in making common cause. I no longer see the point in trying to talk to people who don’t even share basic values with me anymore. I think it’s time we seek each other out and build the world we want to see.
Just finished up watching to find out what the hell Cenk is thinking with the way he's been moving as of late. His whole argument, his main beef he has with The Far Left™ is basically:

"You're scaring the hoes."

As if challenging folks when they say wild stuff is detrimental to the cause. 😐

Never thought I’d live to see the day that using the search function in applications or sites was considered by most folks to be a power user thing.

Why search when you can ask nine different people?

IJ is asking the #SupremeCourt to overturn one of the most reviled decisions in recent decades, Kelo v. New London.

As a reaction against Kelo, 47 states amended their constitutions & passed laws preventing #EminentDomain from being used for private development.

New York was not one of them.

Certainly is interesting to see people have simplistic views of a dynamic and developing situation overseas where the relationships are complicated and the motives aren’t always known right away.

Even more fun when you provide insight and context and watch that cognitive dissonance go to work.

I see a lot of folks with very strong takes on the fall of Assad and the liberation of #Syria.

I’m reminded of the Chinese Farmer story Alan Watts is know for.

Assad is gone, isn’t that great?
Maybe.

Some of the rebels seem like hardliners, isn’t that bad?
Maybe.
