What’s really going on with the economy?

I believe Trump and his billionaire buddies — the American oligarchy — have a plan.

They want a recession. robertreich.substack.com/p/why-trump-...
Why we’ll have a recession
Trump wants to get it over early in his term, so he and his fellow billionaires can buy up everything cheap and then enjoy the ride upward

Something that is going to be important to remember in the next few weeks and months:

We don’t have higher prices because we need them.

We aren’t at war.

We don’t have a crashing stock market outside of our control.

A super volcano didn’t blow up and tank the economy.

Trump is urging GOP lawmakers to defund PBS "immediately".

He's not the first right-wing crook to wage war on public broadcasting.

Here's what national treasure Fred Rogers told Congress in 1969 when Richard Nixon tried to gut PBS.

1. Losing an hour of sleep sucks
2. Gaining an hour of sunshine doesn’t

One does not cancel out the other; instead they exist in a delicate balance of f*ckery

Hope this helps you make sense of the ridiculous
