The entire active transportation budget has been cut.
Any current projects exist because they were already paid for in 2024 and earlier. There is limited budget for park trails, mostly where free grant money from the province could be obtained, but nothing for the active transportation network.

Restricting bike lanes to places that "make sense", out of the way of arterials and motorists, is to restrict bicycles from being a viable mode of transport.
