I find that, no matter the situation I'm in, if balls are stuck to leg(s) the quickest and most socially acceptable solution is just to go straight into the Hammer Time dance.

I've heard it called that for the last fifteen years or so, used the term a few times, and grew up watching Acme's best customer run across air so, I mean, I don't exactly got legs/air to stand on here. :P
