We must accept inaction as a strategic decision. Both parties are enabling this modern version of corporate autocracy to play out. They opted out of real governance many years ago and refuse to hand the keys to those who are willing and able. Electoral politics is a sham

The TikTok ban was initiated by Trump, passed through the House and Senate along bipartisan lines, yet because President Biden signed the bill into law, Democrats allowed Trump to be the hero on this, politically.

It's wild to me that men will be like "my mom did everything, she was a superwoman, I want a woman just like her." And not "my mom did everything while my dad watched her, and I'll never be so uninvolved at home that my wife is doing it all. I don't want the woman I love to suffer like that."

The framing of women as entitled, spoiled, and selfish is integral to p4triarchy. There is a reason men want to convince us #feminism is petty and silly and disconnected from the real needs of real people.

The TikTok algorithm was so powerful because, unlike any other app, IT SHOWED YOU EXACTLY WHAT YOU WANTED, sometimes before you knew.More importantly, it reminded you that you aren’t alone

Some peoples biggest fears are that they will end up single & lonely. My nightmare is never living out my highest potential, staying in one place all my life, and staying in my comfort zone.

Currently dopamine retraining myself by picking up cooking again, limiting watching content, weight training, and looking for new experiences. Bracing myself for losing communities I haven’t found elsewhere. The app helped me free myself more than any other.. #tiktokban #tiktokrefugee
