Our PathogenSurveillance pipeline is out in bioRxiv. PathogenSurveillance is an open-source and automated Nextflow pipeline for population genomic analyses of WGS data. It is flexible, using both short and long read data, mixed samples of prokaryotes and eukaryotes.

ICYMI-- I did.

A study of software developers found it took them 19% more time to do their work when they used AI tools.

At the same time, they *perceived* they had saved time. They thought they would work faster and so they falsely "believed AI had sped them up by 20%."
