Just gotta build more chaper nuclear plants to bring down the price more.

Well Trump said cryptocurrency was a scam,... so he got in to it and. now he has made billions (which could evaporate.). So he said fusion was a scam and Truth social has like $20m income and billions in "investment"... Investing in scams can work but don't be the last rat off the sinking ship.

That's the trouble with old people. Ask a young engineer working at one of 20 startups expecting to make nuclear energy 10x cheaper than fossil fuels. Not hard! Solar got 100x cheaper in 40 years. Nuclear should match that pace, but regulators denied ALL change permits. Anti-science LNT lies.

The NYT can't do arithematic. Can't tell big numbers from small ones. Their calculators can't handle a billion because they are only 8 digit calculators. They said "Thousands" attended the No Kings march... when other papers said "Millions". It's a lie to say Thousands when it's Millions.

CHina has a working MSR like President JFK did, but it was never commercialized. "We can't afford that-- it's too cheap!" says the contractors and the utilities. The hot dry reactor is suitable to replace the "coal" in an existing coal power plant. See #TerraPraxis.

You are helping murder 8 million people every year with fossil fuel air pollution. We only have 8 billion people so--- You are killing 1:1000th of each of your friends every year by keeping fossil fuel air pollution in business. Nuclear hasn't killed anyone in a decade. Learn critical thinking!

Solar got 100x cheaper in 40 years. Nuclear should have but it stayed the same for 50 years because all innovation was illegal. Fix that and wew can have super cheap solar and nuclear which make a great pair! Homes and Industry need energy! Solar fails at industry.
December 20, 2025 at 5:41 AM
Assuming we don't need to manufacture anything like solar panels or batteries, that's true. It's also true that covering one millionth of the earth's surface, or some caves, with nuclear energy, we could cover all human needs.
We need much more energy for GHG and pollution cleanup! & poverty.

Very smart guy. He is stopping the cult of austerity that nobody likes. We can make nuclear cheaper than fossil fuels and then no one needs to be bullied or guilted to stop burning oil.

Congratulations to Ontario for reaching Net-Zero with no carbon emitted from their power system. If they can do it anyone can!

Us that a US politician, or a US Politician under Control of Putin?
December 20, 2025 at 5:34 AM
Yea, but if we make nuclear energy 10x cheaper than fossil fuels, which is pretty easy given we haven't changed nuclear at all for 50 years... during which time Solar got 100 cheaper and nuclear should have. So we can shut down fossil fuels without worrying about climate. Cheaper wins.

Another MIT nuclear energy scientist was murdered years ago.
Gene Mallov. And that whole line of research was shut down. Industry says, We can't afford that. Too cheap.

INFINITE ENERGY is the international magazine for Cold Fusion and New Energy Technologies. It is a technical magazine with outreach to the general public, providing material of interest to all people....

Wonder if that will help the Russian built nuclear energy plants in Bangladesh and Turkey get finished. Bangladesh could sure use the energy.

At least people who look for true answers with AI's help come to the conclusion smart environmental humans did a long time ago: Update Nuclear to be Cheaper and Quicker. If Solar got 100x cheaper and NUclear stayed the same- blame the regulators! Nuclear should also be 100x cheaper.
December 20, 2025 at 4:53 AM
The way out is Nuclear Energy, updated to be cheaper and safer. If we do it right we will underprice fossil fuels and people will stop burning them because it seems to expensive.
December 20, 2025 at 4:51 AM
Yes, which is why Net Zero is insanely stupid. We need net negative, and that means doing things like updated nuclear energy SERIOUSLY.
December 20, 2025 at 4:48 AM
Anyone who fears nuclear energy is a climate denier.
December 20, 2025 at 4:47 AM
I'll believe that you are serious when you EMBRACE INNOVATION in NUCLEAR ENERGY. Pretending that it was at it 's best 50 years ago is dishonest. Solar got 100x cheaper in 40 years. Nuclear should have got at least 10x cheaper in 50 years. Hostile psuedo science of LNT and ALARA helps Coal kill us.

Don't worry. They found another drug that attacks the same molecule in the virus that Ivermec does. It's called Pax love id and it's 500 times as expensive, but that's what Pharma does. Figure out how an old cheap drug works, and find a new patentable molecule to do the same thing profitably.
December 20, 2025 at 4:37 AM
Your graph shows $31 for cost of nucldar, and $25 for farm solar. However no one on Earth can make a solar panel with mostly solar energy. Incompatible with industry. So that $31 nuclear is worth 10 times more than the $25 solar.
Also nuclear hasn't been allowed to update for 50 years.

Remember, the American's of Japanese Ancestry were captured and put in concentration camps in WWII despite the Army Intelligence service having verified that NONE of them had any interest in spying for the country they or their ancestors had fled.

Thanks! I was also marching in the 1980's against nuclear weapons and the arms race.
Today I'm very much in favor of nuclear energy. Because it's the main way we can avoid health damage from air pollution and climate change, and make as much use of wind and solar as possible while stopping fossi

It should not take so long to get started. There are better kinds of plants available.
