If you insist on building Cathedral style plants like it was still 1975 they could be pricy. But let S. Korea or a vendor like TerrestrialEnergy or Kairos build and they will cheap and safe and quick.

Note that nuclear plants are about 1000th to 1:10,000th as visible as wind farms. Usually they hide behind some trees and you need to know when to look to see them from the roadway. So even if they were ugly, nobody would notice.
