Exactly! It's about those tiny wild bees like this one. The flowers of valerian are only 2-3 mm in diameter. This shows how tiny the wild bees really are. Still incredibly important!

Beekeeping does not "save nature". In many cases it does the exact opposite.
Honeybees are not endangered. They are basically life stock. *Wild bees" need protection. Try to compete with 50.000 huge honeybees on a flower field when you are 2mm in size & single mom of 7 larvae who need the food.
What's something from your scientific field that is routinely misunderstood by laymen and it drives you up a wall? 🧪

i feel like the general populations thinks that antimaskers are just harmless assholes who will say mean things, but they aren’t harmless. they are dangerous, because a lot of them have institutional power.
