Sometimes, I don't feel like I'm social enough for social media. It's hard to post whatever I'm thinking/feeling because I was raised to be seen and not heard. Then, many times when I did speak, no one listened or seemed to care, so it just hammered home that my voice didn't matter.

One 'fun' thing about having both VSS and being predisposed to paranoid schizophrenia is figuring out which distortions are from VSS and which ones are more problematic.
Also fun cause I have a strong logic side that often goes "hmm that doesn't seem right". So it's a constant game of questioning
