Vicarious liability for the parents of mass shooters who gave their child access to the weapon is the way to go. Innocent people died because of irresponsible and reckless gun owners like him.
I hope the judge throws the book at this man.

In good news for unions, the NLRB today overruled 76 years of precedent & held that employers CANNOT hold "captive audience" meetings during unionization drives to harangue workers on why the should not vote to join the union.

I like Aaron but this feels like a cop-out. Literally every political issue involves history and nuance that we as civilians can't fully understand.

It's an especially bad framework to apply to Gaza, which by this point could not be simpler: It is wrong to kill civilians for months on end.
