Unlike Alphabet, these companies don't lie to people about paying advertising revenues. Alphabet is at its core an advertising company. All its services make users the product. We , through our data, are sold to advertisers.

Billionaires like Jeff Bezos shouldn’t pay a lower tax rate than a Boston public school teacher.

The wealthiest and most powerful people in this country should be paying their fair share — not getting tax breaks from Donald Trump and Republicans in Congress.

Guns are the number one killer of kids in this country. But right now, in many states, a teenager can buy an assault-style weapon.

I'm a cosponsor of the Age 21 Act to prohibit the sale or possession of assault-style weapons to those under 21.

It's just common sense.

Those who vote for his confirmation will be accountable for the destruction he does to the nation's top law enforcement agency and to the rule of law.

To deny it – or place conditions on it – would be to abandon people in their time of most need.

People need help. We must act urgently.
