That photo of Andrew with the 17 year old Virginia Giuffre has been around for years and years. Everyone knew what he was yet it took those years and years of hang-wringing to remove his flipping title? He'll move into a slightly smaller mansion and will live out his years quite comfortably. Awful.

I ran a half marathon today in memory of a beautiful friend who told me it was her dying wish to have a race run in kangaroo suits in her honour. She was an awesome friend, so it had to be done. Some colleagues came to cheer us on, wearing 'Sonja masks', which was a bit freaky!

I bought an old mahogany bureau on Ebay. I didn't really want a bureau as we're meant to be downsizing, but it was a beautiful piece & obviously very old. Google lens suggests the brass chased handles are Queen Anne. That's 1702-1714 😯

I was in town today & took a stroll past Trafalgar Square just as the peaceful protesters were being carried off. There were so many police vans about that you'd have thought a riot was going down. A tourist asked me what was happening. I tried to explain. She replied "but these people are elderly".
