I ran a half marathon today in memory of a beautiful friend who told me it was her dying wish to have a race run in kangaroo suits in her honour. She was an awesome friend, so it had to be done. Some colleagues came to cheer us on, wearing 'Sonja masks', which was a bit freaky!

Here's another one. There's enough anger in the world without having to tweet about it as well. This is a good place. It definitely has its flaws, but it tries not to be a cesspit.

Stayed in this beautiful house to celebrate the in-laws 50th anniversary. As we drove home the leaves were falling and people were wearing raincoats. It felt like a bookend to the summer.
