A poem. It reads: …two emptinesses does one fill the other? if I were liquid I would fill every container my colour blazing in the shape required set out to be admired if I were simple I would answer every question profound, amazing a pure insight grasped my essence moulded, cast if I were clear I would foster understanding with perfect phrasing a sentence sparse and true transparent, clean and new if I were liquid if I were simple if I were clear I would be understood but would I still be here?

"Lake George Reflection" A Georgia O'Keeffe painting. Hills, sky and abstract foliage are reflected in water. The colour palette is a delightfully psychadelic combination of forest greens, cobalt blues, purple, pink and orange. As with most O'Keeffe works, the experience of looking at it is divided into 'before you realise it's a vagina' and 'I can't believe I didn't see the vagina right away!'.

Giving this energy
A Garthim from the film Dark Crystal. It's a round, crab-like armoured monster, shiny and black with tiny glowing purple dots for eyes. It has one large claw like a fiddler crab. The armour on the back looks metal rather than organic, but it all kind-of blends into one. It's advancing through a bleak and dusty landscape, another of its kind following behind.

One of MC Eschers 'reflected in a globe' selfies. This one is more of a close-up on his face than the really famous one. The distorting effect of the globe's curved surface gives Escher an absolutely massive, beaky nose. The globe also reflects the hand holding it from beneath.
