This is the first page of The Viral Underclass. I am so glad I got to give her a signed copy and that I also got to send her a copy of the Chinese translation when it was published. She was so excited to see her words translated into Chinese.

Our beloved Alice Wong has joined the ancestors. It was one of the great honors of my life to call Alice my friend, co-author & co-conspirator. She was a true genius, a force of nature the likes of which the world has never seen before. I love you, Alice, and am equal parts grateful and devastated

I don’t think people understand the 2 months I’ve basically been off this site I’ve either been crying, having meltdowns about my job, going to a couple of concerts, or making the poor life decision to turn into this person
