I can't say I'm surprised in the slightest, but I'm still disappointed at how many adamant opponents of nuclear proliferation opposed effectively helping Ukraine, not understanding that THESE WERE MUTUALLY CONTRADICTORY GOALS. If such blatant abuses aren't strongly punished, the NPT dies.
