There are no placebo controlled trials of parachutes, or many other lifesaving things we use all the time. Sometimes placebo controls are dangerous, unethical, or downright stupid. Doesn’t mean the intervention isn’t safe or effective.

Control the Still's and if the allergic-like phenom comes on, can add on other meds, like JAKi or T cell meds (MMF, CNI)
