I am absolutely going to be white-knuckling it until the baseball season starts. I don't expect it to fix anything in the world or in me, but it'll at least get the ratio between Nasty Slider Videos and pictures of RFK Jr's awful hot dog meat face on my timeline back in order somewhat.

The mistake being made about Meta is to say they're just doing this to make conservatives happy. They've been doing that a decade+. Removing fact checkers and bringing back political content means there will be more stuff that gets more people mad which creates more engagement. Growth at all costs.
