What's on your #granolamennonite Easter table? #humblebrags only. I'll start! It's too bad these eggs from our backyard chickens, pickled with homegrown beets and plated on my great-grandmother's anniversary dish aren't as dark a beet-colored pink as I had hoped. I will try to do better next year.
