I mostly ramble about video games, weird old TV shows and movies.

Play whatever game you like on whatever system you like. You are a gamer. Are you enjoying yourself? Good. In the end, that's all that matters.
Friend dropped off a delivery, blu rays of The Gorgon, Torture Garden and The Beast Must Die and an Italian 4K of the 1990 Night Of The Living Dead.

Had no idea this was coming, played a lot back in the day, still have all my disc copies, I'd, never progressed rhat far
Had vaguely thought about getting back to it, but my account is long lost among other things, but controller support and otjer improvments mean I may well be picking this up.

Well this came out of nowhere and looks fantastic, you know me, I love a good twin-stick shooter and it's been a while since one's really clicked with me, but this could be the one. youtu.be/yGWsLyZ0KPU?...

With R-Type Delta being rereleased this week and the Ray'Z collection in 2023, I just need this and Einhander to release on current systems to have all my favourite PS1 shoot 'em ups again.

Been absolutely loving all the fantastic art being posted up on this feed, a good amount of which I'd not seen before.

I love how the characters you unlock in Ball X Pit have different gimmicks/mechanics that range from tweaking the gameplay a bit to fundamentally changing how you play the game. This is definitely one of my favourite games of the year.

When you're playing Lego Indiana jones and have to restart the first level of Temple Of doom twice because you can ride the gongs to a place in the room they can't get back out of, so blocking progress.

(What's worse is I tried to avoid it the second attempt, but the CPU character cocked it up)

The new Steam Machine is nifty and would definitely be on mylist to oick up had I not sorted out a proper gaming PC last year which I'll be looking at upgrading the storage, graphics card and power supply of over 2026. It is always cool to have options.

Yay, more stock of Night Of The Living Dead 1990 on 4K has been made, friend has secured two, one for himself and one for me. Sorted. Also got me The Gorgon, The Beast Must Die and Torture Garden on blu ray at good prices, nice.

I loved this art back in the day and until now, didn't realise it was a McQuarrie, who's one of my favourite sci-fi artists.
Vanguard (1981) by SNK. Atari 2600 cover art by Ralph McQuarrie, who created the Star Wars concepts for the Millennium Falcon, the Death Star and Darth Vader.

My main four buys before the end of the year and the tradition Steam Winter sale binge. Been over 25 years since I first played R-Type Delta, 21 years since my first Lumines game and about 15 years since I first played Sacred 2. YOu're making me feel old games industry. 🤪

I got my warm home discount, which is nice, frees up some money for the holidays. It went straight on my smart meter and the letter informing me I was getting it arrived six days later. 😁

Means there's some games I was holding off to end of December I can get end of November now, awesome.
