I get this argument. It is 💯% factual. I also get keeping the focus on Republicans, which this does. I also get the CR was going to pass as stupidity and chaos isn't what we Democrats do. I UNDERSTAND ALL OF THAT, but the negotiations could have been handled better. That is all I will say.
Maybe not. If there is a shutdown the executive branch can make cuts anywhere with no recourse. Musk.trump could really essentially do more harm
