My heart screams “Why is a pedophile rapist the president?” But my head understands: they’ve always been protected. I know many people who've been sexually assaulted by men who’ve never been held to account, myself included. Why would it change now? We see what the GOP is doing. We aren't stupid.

Before Trump I had a high opinion of lawyers. I had no idea that there were so many that were corrupt, evil, incompetent, or useless. But there just have been dozens and dozens of such horrible examples and there seems to be an inexhaustible supply of them, too.
