I’ve suffered from Depression/anxiety for the past 30 years. Just now taking care of it. The Psychiatrist put me on Zoloft. I feel kind of the same except now my sleep is terrible. Waking up 5-7 times each night.

Catching you up on my 2023 adventures to date: I returned to Costa Rica after a COVID-prolonged absence. This year’s tour featured some of the best macro opportunities I’ve had to date (not always a given during the dry season). Red-eyed tree frogs are often a highlight for clients (shot in situ).

Rewatched #gojira today. Goddamn what a fantastic heart wrenching film. The scene where the Mother is holding her Three kids as Gojira rampages and whispers “don worry. We will be with your Father soon”. Amazing. Simply amazing.
