I once had a neighbor steal my paper and lie to me about it.
So I taught another neighbor's dog to steal his by leaving treats in them. He wound up canceling his paper long before it was time.

Why don't the larger VA Hospital campus' build housing where they have room, for disabled and homeless vets? Even if they paid what they could based on income or whatever? Why don't we do that? Can we at least help our vets get off the streets?
