Unfortunately, under the War Powers Act, the President can take unilateral action for a limited period of time without Congressional approval if there is an imminent threat to the US. He’s going to argue there was. Congress has no balls.

Congress has the power, and duty to end this nightmare. Sadly, all Republican members are co-conspirators or enablers. Some fear for the safety of their families. I understand that concern, however if their fear prevents them from doing their duty to defend our Constitution, they should resign.
