Just listened to a few tracks and bought the album, Its rather good isn't it.

Rick is actually playing the GForce virtual synth based on the Odyssey, even though I have the Behringer hardware I will often go to the GForce one as its more practical (but less fun).

I really like Chris Rea, particularly the three albums before Road to Hell. Shamrock Dairies is my favourite.

I was quite "into" them at the time. Some tracks were very dark and bass heavy and quite different to the usual reggae of the time, while still retaining the rhythm. I might have a look for some of their stuff on streaming later.

Yes, or Floyd. Atomic Rooster would have been interesting.

CSYN or Pentangle for me in my time machine but the 14 year old me would have picked Desmond Dekker.

I saw them at Reading Festival around the time "Reigon of the Summer Stars" was released. Very good.

Excellent album.
