I was considering getting one when they come out because its was the only synth I could afford at the time but passed. Now I have a virtual version from Cherry Audio. They have added a lot of features to the original concept including polyphonic options so it probably not that authentic.

Of course I have a virtual version 😏, a free one from Full Bucket. I must admit I haven't really played with it much but it sounds a little like the one in the demo.

William's first "parliament" was held in a farmhouse at Aish between Paignton and Totnes.

His legacy includes sectarian Orange marches in Northern Ireland. During the 1970s republican sympathisers removed the nose from his statue in Brixham with a hammer.

November 5th usually remembered for the Gunpowder Plot but on 5th November 1688 the same sectarian strife led to William of Orange landing in my home town of Brixham and going on to take the throne as William III the following year.

On a trip to #Brussels last week I visited the fascinating Musical Instrument Museum. 4 floors with all sorts of instruments, ancient and modern.

"You better start doing it right" I thought the photos I took on our 2014 holiday to Sorrento had been lost forever but while copying data to my new computer Today I was pleased to that had not been deleted but moved to an obscure folder.

The day we danced on a volcano.

Today we went to #Chagford on #Dartmoor #Devon James Bowden's hardware and Moorland centre is an amazing old shop of the type you rarely see these. It's a real maze with many surprising corners and huge range of stock. It's worth a look even if you don't want anything.

The Long Gallery at Lanhydrock house near #Bodmin #Cornwall. A National Trust property. The house and extensive grounds are well worth a visit.

The ceiling of the Long Gallery is decorated with biblical scenes in line with the Robartes family's Puritan beliefs.

A belated pre-gig photo I could not send earlier due to weak 4G.

My brother in law was unable to use his ticket for a Travelling Willburys tribute band so he gave it to me. An enjoyable evening. The theatre was almost full. Tributes dominate these days.

Hedgerows on my afternoon walk #Brixham #Devon

This afternoon I had a quiet, but hot, stroll along the cliff path to Berry Head, #Brixham #Devon There was hardly anyone on St Mary's Bay beach. Years ago it would have been crowded on a day like today.
