🚨 Sign the *student-created* petition to *protect the professors*, who’ve dedicated their professional lives to the novel task of teaching college-level courses to high school-age children.

This is def. all about turning it into nothing but a brand. Just look at this wild section of the Eagle article about the closure!

Not moving to Bard's main campus, oh no - they purchased a $14 million before any renovations new campus (the same size as the current campus, and previously home to a cult) a town away from the main Bard campus to house the Rock at. Which makes the contract terminations extra super sus tbh.

We very much were there at the same time. I was there 2005 to 2009 - In the interest of not sharing my name online - I was that nerd who ran the anime club.

Yet, he lived. He lived despite the odds all being against him. He is recovering well, despite going through medical trauma beyond belief. I am choosing to take away from my nightmare of a summer that even when things seem to be at their worst, there is always reason for hope

I took this photo on the day the doctors told us to say goodbye to my dad. His heart had stopped for the third time, and they could not figure out a reason why. His chances were extremely low. I wanted to forever remember the feel of his hand in mine, and the fact that I have his exact hands.

We got the results of his most recent EKG back this week, and his heart is entirely in normal ranges now. Had you told me this during the summer - when he was in a two month long induced coma and his heart would stop every three days (once for fifteen whole minutes!) - I would not have believed you

To clarify, I am apt to sit and watch the sunset regardless of the time of year. However, I do it far more often during this time of year, when it is far more doable during day hikes. Watching the sun rise on the other hand remains an activity I reserve for overnight trips. Even then I may sleep in.
