Today we remember Henry Moseley, the Oxford physicist whose X-ray spectroscopy work reshaped our understanding of the elements. He was killed in action at Gallipoli in 1915, aged just 27.

Consider "fried fish merchant" or "man eating fish". Would a hyphen be useful here?
I can be quite pedantic about punctuation & sentence structure, etc, but I have to admit that the differences between hyphens, en dashes & em dashes remain a mystery to me. Is this a case where it should be an en dash?

Or have I completely missed the point?

As we’re tied with 3 hours to go in this round, the orthorhombic structure of #Perovskite was discovered by Irish X-ray crystallography pioneer Helen Dick Magaw. So a vote for Perovskite is not only a vote for this amazing mineral, but also showers honor on this wonderful #WomanOfSTEM. #MinCup25
