From available information it seems remarkably close to the figure contained in the water companies’ report a few years ago.

I wonder if Reed is going to clarify and explain how his figure has been calculated.

He could also use the opportunity to retract his false claims about Scottish Water too.

Water privatisation has been a complete and utter disaster. Reed is way out of line to claim Scottish Water (not privatised) is worse. He is either really stupid or he is yet another politician in the pockets of the greedy who are destroying our planet.
