I've started drinking energy drinks when I need to try and kick my brain into gear. If I'm tired it will put me to sleep instead so it's sometimes a gamble 🤣🤣 but usually the caffeine and taurine can help with focus. Clearly I'm unmedicated 🙈 but mostly water/diluting juice

I don't like cleaning water bottles so since I work from home 99% of the time I just have a single 500ml glass that I use to measure my intake...I definitely need to find another but it's not a very common size apparently (and/or shops don't label glass capacity). First world problems

I need to do 2.25l per day of clear liquids but I'm struggling to hit 1.75l at the moment when usually I'm at least a little over. Even my usual diluting juices are not fully working. I did have this earlier as a treat - has no added sweeteners but only 250ml
