I need to do 2.25l per day of clear liquids but I'm struggling to hit 1.75l at the moment when usually I'm at least a little over. Even my usual diluting juices are not fully working. I did have this earlier as a treat - has no added sweeteners but only 250ml

I think i have a new favourite energy drink. I have to resort to additional stimulants to try and get my brain to cough up some focus, so I've been trying various different ones. The blueberry one has a really weird smell but this is just lovely all over.

Ok if anybody likes Coco Pops but knows they should be eating a bit better, I had these this morning and I did my usual porridge routine - added seeds, ate with a banana - and it felt like I was getting away with something 🤣 this flavour is so good. The sweet cinnamon one may no longer be my fave.

This is why they ban advertising to children because I saw this while waiting for some forms in the local garage/post office and had to LIMIT myself to buying three to try.
(I went for Irn Bru berry, the watermelon Boost and the "Terminator" Sneak one which is actually cut off here on the right)
