Love this. It took me years and years to realize there wasn’t one thing — a magic bullet — that could fix my depression and anxiety. Fix me. It’s just a lot of little things, and nothing is ever fixed for good. But they help get through one day a time and that’s enough for me these days.

Just started reading my youngest this book. He’ll follow in his older siblings’ footsteps, and hopefully also take all the right lessons from it. Anyway, I have a feeling the folks who chose this name for their “operation” … didn’t read the book.

We studied this is college! They made really incredible stuff, especially the films. It’s wild to think there was a time when the US Govt put this kind of energy into campaigns that weren’t about getting people elected.
