Bah. I had an "exposure" at work today - a body fluid splash in the eye. Flushing one's eye in running water for 15 minutes is no joke.

I'm uncomfortable with this quiet.
I live near a Space Force Base and an international airport, on a flight path for the airport.
But planes don't seem to be flying overhead anymore.
The absence is deafening.
